Star Elevator is a State Certified Qualified Conveyance Company with an active C-11 Contractor’s License (#432744).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and developing relationships with potential customers.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for modernization.
• Develop and present proposals to customers, including recommendations for equipment upgrades, replacements, and modernization solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, proposals, and contracts.
• Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of elevator sales or elevator industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with a deep understanding of elevator systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

• Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 Plus commission.
